Absolutely, we require a meet-and-greet session with your assigned sitter before your service begins. There is a $40 charge for this, however it includes a key lock box so you do not have to purchase one yourself.

General Cancellations:

More than 72 hours notice: No penalty.
    Less than 72 hours notice: 50% of projected services.
    Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of projected services.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day:

More than 14 days notice: No penalty.
    Less than 14 days notice: 50% fee of projected services.
    Less than 7 days notice: 100% fee of projected services.

No, Cat Nanny Jess staff members all work as a team. Everyone has the same skill set, years of veterinary experience and a great love of cats. This allows everyone to have a good work life balance and we believe that happy staff members make happy cats. Sharing jobs this way allows everyone to be at their best while visiting your cat(s) and makes sure no one is exhausted or overworked. We also firmly believe that even nervous cats greatly benefit from a little socializing and getting to know new people!
